Life can sure get in the way. I decided to go to Nail Tech school so I can learn how to do nails properly and to get my products at a discount. I enrolled at a school 20 min. away and I enjoyed it, for the most part. I'm not a fan of science or math and I even ditched those classes in high school. Now I HAD to learn it. I even had a panic attack and a few melt downs over these classes, but my teacher was VERY patient with me and I got thru the testing very well. I even came out scoring higher than the young girls there. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks. Now I just have to get the money together to take the State tests. AGH!!!
I also signed up to do a craft show at a GREAT place called Fallow Field Farms. I did it last year and did great, so I got busy and made LOT'S of jewelry. I make quirky jewelry but I LOVE it.
I sat by a GREAT and WONDERFUL lady, Paula who posted about the show and took better pics than I did, so here is the link to her blog about it all... http://pollyanna-reinvents.blogspot.com/2012/10/a-fabulous-fun-hobby-farm-tour.html.
This is the banner I had made for the tent i was to use, but that didn't happen so I strung it along the fence behind me.
I did twice as good as I did last year and told Marci, The doll that runs it, to sign me up for next year!
I LOVE displaying stuff on my old door. Now I need to get ready for the next show in December in Sandy Utah!Thanx for taking the time to read this and may God's choicest blessings be with you!
